Shri Rajnikant Bhulabhai Tandel, Independent Director
Shri Rajnikant Bhulabhai Tandel has been appointed as an Independent Director on the Board of the Company with effect from August 31, 2026.
Shri Tandel holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce and a Bachelor’s Degree in Law from South Gujarat University, Surat. He is a practicing Advocate and has over 20 years of experience as a Tax Consultant and in liaisoning activities. He has specialised experience in matters relating to VAT, GST, Income Tax, industrial consultancy and various liaisoning activities for traders, manufacturers and other entities.
He is also actively involved in social service and provides free legal and professional advice to needy persons. He has also provided free notary services to school children, economically weaker persons and senior citizens.
