Two awareness sessions on Preventive Vigilance were conducted on 18.09.2025 separately for Contractors/Vendors and for Contractor-deployed labours of RCF Thal unit (Factory area). There were 57 and 75 participants respectively. Awareness – cum - discussion sessions on relevant provisions of Labour Law Compliance, Responsibilities of Contractors/Vendors and Grievance handling, Execution of Contracts-do’s and dont’s, Vigilance Complaint Handling Mechanism were conducted during the programme by the resource persons from HR, Purchase/Contract Cell Thal, Vigilance and HRD. Importance of ethical practices and adherence to transparency and integrity in the functioning was emphasized.
