Awareness sessions on Preventive Vigilance were conducted separately for Contractors/Vendors and Contractor-deployed labours of RCF Trombay unit (Township area) on 12.09.2025. There were 58 and 52 participants respectively. Awareness-cum-discussion sessions on relevant provisions of Labour Law Compliance, Responsibilities of contractors/Vendors and Grievance handling, Execution of Contracts do’s and dont’s, Vigilance Complaint Handling Mechanism, provisions on Minimum wages/PF/ESIC in labour laws were conducted during the programme. Importance of ethical practices and adherence to integrity in the functioning was emphasized.
